- 術前評估與告知病史先由牙醫檢查牙齒與牙周健康，告知過敏史、懷孕、哺乳、或正在服用藥物（尤其含過氧化物或光敏性藥物），若有牙齒敏感或牙周炎需先處理再漂白。
- 術後避免染色與刺激漂牙後 24–48 小時內避免咖啡、紅酒、茶、深色醬料、菸草及強色食物，並避免過熱或過冷食物以減少敏感。
- 護理與回診追蹤依牙醫指示使用抗敏感牙膏或藥物、保持良好口腔清潔，若出現持續敏感、牙齦疼痛或不尋常反應應立即回診；漂白效果非永久，需定期維護或重做以維持亮白。
